Pricing and Specifications

All information regarding prices, products, and services is subject to change. Wofoor reserves the right to make adjustments to prices and products for reasons including, but not limited to, market changes, discontinuations, unavailability, manufacturer price changes, and advertising errors. Prices quoted are net inclusive of general sales tax and do not include shipping charges. Wofoor strives to keep prices at the lowest possible level. However, prices sometimes change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product, simply return the unused product within 3 days for exchange and it must be in its original packaging. The amount will be credited to your account for the next purchase or Wofoor will refund the money paid through the original payment method (e.g., the value of purchases paid with credit cards will be refunded to the same credit card account used in the original purchase with a deduction of transfer fees). Some exceptions apply depending on the type of product. Wofoor reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in any of its policies.

Return and Exchange Conditions

All returns and exchanges require the presentation of the purchase receipt and unused products in their original packaging.

  • Cleaning products are only returned or exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect or you were given a product other than the one you ordered, and this is within 3 days of delivery of the order.
  • Stationery and electronics products are not returned.
  • Office furniture is inspected by a Wofoor employee. If there is any manufacturing defect, the product is replaced, but in the event of misuse, the product is not returned or replaced.
  • The product is not returned if the product warranty has expired. The product warranty is void in case of damage or scratching.

Warranties

Wofoor will provide customers with the manufacturer’s warranty information for each product. Customers can also contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

Customers acknowledge that Wofoor is not the manufacturer of any of the products purchased under this agreement. Any warranty with respect to the products must come from the manufacturer. Wofoor will provide the manufacturer’s applicable warranties to the extent permitted. Notwithstanding this and anything to the contrary, Wofoor’s liability is limited to the value of replacing the products purchased from this website. Wofoor and its affiliates hereby expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, with respect to the products, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty of non-infringement. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

Payment Terms

Customers can choose to pay for their orders using cash on delivery, credit card, or debit card. Cash on delivery is only available in Greater Amman. The value of the payment is made according to the purchase receipt through

  • Cash on delivery service in Greater Amman only through a Wofoor representative or through the (Kone) application that provides a click payment service
  • Payment service through the website by credit card or debit card

Delivery and Order Dates

Once you have chosen your goods from the list, please note that it is important to check the data you enter and correct any errors before clicking the “Checkout” button because once you click on this entry, no error can be corrected. The platform will then start processing your order and we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and are working on it. If any payment is not allowed or approved by you, you will be returned to the previous page on the platform and we will not be obligated to provide services.

The customer will be contacted after sending the email to confirm the receipt of the order from the platform and to determine the date and place of delivery of the order the next day.

Wofoor aims to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the availability of the products. Customers will receive an email confirmation with an estimated delivery date after their order has been placed.

Payment Policy

If you have placed an order for cash on delivery on the Wofoor website, you must read the following terms:

  • Delivery must be in Greater Amman only. If outside Amman, the order will be automatically canceled and we cannot deliver to another area when using the cash on delivery method unless the payment is made through the website or the use of the click service to transfer money to the order.
  • By selecting the cash on delivery option when placing the order, the customer will be contacted by a member of our team to confirm the order, and once this is completed and the order is confirmed, you are obligated to pay for your entire order with all additional fees such as delivery, taxes that you will have to pay at the same time as receiving your order.
  • Only cash payments will be accepted. No other payment methods such as personal checks or credit cards will be accepted; therefore, you will not be able to receive your order. If you want to use your credit card, please select that option when completing your purchase through the website.
  • The inability to pay the full amount due at the time of delivery may result in the loss of the cash on delivery purchase privilege or the suspension of your account on our website.
  • In case of damage to the product due to misuse by the customer, the product will not be returned or exchanged.
  • If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, the customer must contact the shipping company to file a claim. Wofoor will not be responsible for any losses or damages that occur during shipping.
  • If a customer chooses to pay for their order using cash on delivery, they must have the exact amount of money on hand at the time of delivery. Wofoor delivery drivers do not carry change.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders at any time before their order is shipped. To cancel an order, customers must contact Wofoor customer service.

Creating an Account on the Platform

Customers can create an account on the Wofoor platform by providing their name, email address, and password. Customers can use their account to track their orders, view their purchase history, and manage their account settings.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Wofoor with respect to the subject matter of this agreement and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Jordanian Arbitration Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Arabic language and shall be held in Amman, Jordan.
